On August 27, 2019, Centre for Entrepreneurship organised leadership talk on Entrepreneurship. The event was attended by more than 400 students from different Institutes of the University. Mr. Vishal Mehta (CEO, Infibeam), Shraddha Bhansali (Founder, Candy Green) and Tapan Gosaliya (Director, Amnex Infotechnologies were invited as a dignitaries.
Mr. Vishal Mehta, CEO, Infibeam delivered a very motivating and exceptional speech about entrepreneurship, his life experiences, looking at the bigger picture, having a plan, being socially stable in all situations, some knowledge about the growing and dying industries of the world and a lot more such things. But above all what made this speech stand out of the crowd was the fact that all the advices and tips were given by a person who thoroughly believed in those values and followed them himself. Further to this speech was a question and answers round for the audience.
Ms. Shraddha Bhansali traced her journey all the way back to being a 24 year old looking for places to open up her start-up and struggling for it. Her speech and advice on a main note highlighted that ?You need to find the gap in the society and make a solution to fill up that gap, and that is your very innovation and entry to the world entrepreneurship.? From facing the gender stereotypes to facing the harsh action taken by government, she had faced it all yet aced it all. What made her drive to fulfil her dream of opening CANDY GREEN was the gap in the society she saw and the solution she had to fill it up. In the end she did make it happen by hard work and passion.
Tapan Gosaliya, the Director, Amnex Infotechnologies who is also an alumnus of Institute of Technology, Nirma University. Having graduated from Chemical department, Mr. Tapan had other plans for life.
