Centre for Entrepreneurship, Nirma University has organized one day workshop on ?Innovating the scope of Pharmaceutical Industry? on September 7, 2019. The workshop was organized especially for Pharmacy students to make them understand about the existing trend in the pharma industry and scopes of entrepreneurship in the field of healthcare. The workshop was facilitated by Mr.Yash Shah (CEO and Founder of, E-Swathya).
Mr. Yash Shah discussed the various aspects and areas of Data Analytics, E-Pharmacy, Market Analysis and various technologies used in Healthcare. He shared his journey and motivated students being a computer engineer how he became a CEO of India’s first company offering various free healthcare checkups and report to both villages and various parts throughout the country on an ONLINE platform.
He explained how Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming healthcare by increasing disease diagnosis efficiency, reducing frequent hospital visits and maintaining healthcare records of patients. He gave overview of German technologies which are highly efficient for manufacturing. He guided students by narrating all the real examples and experiences and made them to understand the role of entrepreneur in the field of pharmacy “. Overall it was a motivating session as students actively took part and enjoyed the same.
